About me

I entered the professional world of counselling after many years working in the corporate world. During that time I embarked on my own therapeutic journey, as I sought a better understanding of myself, and greater meaning and purpose.

This led me to realise I wanted to work with people, and offer back something of what I had gained through my own transformative process.

I understand first hand that the counselling process can be challenging, confronting and difficult. And that it can also be illuminative, rewarding and empowering. I am grateful to be able to help others on their own journeys. I know how it is to sit ‘in the chair’, and I work from a place of deep empathy for my clients’ processes.

I trained at the Re-Vision centre for counselling and psychotherapy, where I qualified as an Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor. That means I draw from a wide range of theories and approaches, including psychodynamic, humanistic and psychosynthesis.

Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, unresolved trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions or a deeper search for self-understanding, I offer a warm, grounded and non-judgmental space where together we can explore what you need to feel more connected, resourced, and whole.

If my approach resonates with you, please get in touch.
